We were recently asked to visit a property in Stafford Road in Stockton Heath, where we were asked to remove a tree by the customer as it had become an expensive job each year to get it reduced.
As always, all relevant Tree Preservation Order checks and applications were carried out before the work was undertaken.
There were some distinct challenges with the tree removal due to the small area avaialbe to us in the garden with difficult access. The tree was located down the bottom of a small garden and would require a 45 metre drag up through the narrow garden, making this job more difficult and time consuming. Branches had to be rigged and roped down piece by piece to reduce any damage to surrounding gardens.
We decided it was best to speed line the remaining branches over the footpath at the rear of the property.
The job took place over 2 days in minus 3 temperature conditions, all logs were removed from the job and ultimately the customer was extremely happy!
